Real Life Options in Leeds is seeking a Scheduling Assistant to join the Outreach team. You will manage rotas, ensure staff have hours, and coordinate training and meetings using our scheduling system.
Experience with rota planning is advantageous; full training on our systems will be provided. Strong IT skills, organisation, and a caring approach for vulnerable adults are essential requirements for this role.

As a Scheduling Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the right support staff are in the right place at the right time. You'll:
Experience with rota planning or scheduling would be a real advantage, full training on our systems will be provided.
Confidence using IT systems, a flexible approach, and great organisational skills are key to succeeding in this role.
Strong administrational background.
Desirable: A good understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and the importance of delivering consistent, high-quality care.
