A prominent healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a nursing professional to deliver excellent pre and post-operative care. This role involves managing patient care, participating in medication rounds, and responding to emergency needs. Candidates should possess a nursing qualification, effective communication skills, and be experienced in direct patient care. To assess plan and implement and evaluate care for pre op and post op patients. Provide an efficient admission and discharge process. Participate in initiatives to enhance patient care and deliver Trust objectives in line with the staff charter. Promote health and wellbeing and deliver safe appropriate care.
To care for patient pre and post operatively preparing for their surgical procedures and post surgery. This includes using systems employed by the Trust such as Nerve Centre, EPMA and Lorenzo.
