Job summary

Leaders in Care are seeking a Staff Nurse (RGN) for a well-regarded nursing home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will contribute to high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive MDT and benefit from a generous salary and ongoing development opportunities.

You will hold a valid NMC PIN, have prior nursing home experience, and be able to make sound clinical decisions while building trusted relationships with residents and relatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience working within a nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making skills.
• A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
• Able to work positively and collaboratively as part of the wider MDT.

Responsibilities
