Leaders in Care is seeking a Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) for a well-established nursing home in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. You will join a supportive team delivering person-centred care and benefiting from development opportunities.

You will make safe clinical decisions, assess residents and create personalised care plans, and provide high-quality nursing care with medication management. Strong teamwork with MDT is essential.

Formación

• Qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a nursing home setting preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.

• Qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience working within a nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making skills.
• A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
• Able to work positively and collaboratively as part of the wider MDT.
