Leaders in Care in Sutton-in-Ashfield is seeking a Staff Nurse (RGN) to join an award-winning nursing home. You’ll work with a supportive team that values person-centred care while offering excellent opportunities for training, development and career progression.

You will make safe clinical decisions, assess residents and develop care plans, deliver nursing care (including medications), and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care for all residents.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience working in a nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
• Able to work positively as part of the MDT.
