Leaders in Care is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN) for an award-winning nursing home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will join a supportive MDT focused on high-quality, person-centred care and will benefit from bespoke induction and ongoing development opportunities.

As a Staff Nurse you will deliver clinical care, assess residents, manage medications and liaise with families to tailor care plans while maintaining the highest standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making.
• A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
• Able to work positively and collaboratively as part of the MDT.

Responsibilities

• Make safe and effective clinical decisions.
• Assess residents and develop personalised care plans.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care, including medication administration and dressings.
• Build strong relationships with residents, relatives and the care team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to maintain high standards.
