Leaders in Care is seeking a Staff Nurse (RGN) to join an award-winning care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will deliver personalised care, administer medications and work closely with the MDT to ensure high standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience working within a nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making skills.
• A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
• Able to work positively and collaboratively as part of the wider MDT.

Responsabilités

• Make safe and effective clinical decisions.
• Assess residents and develop personalised care plans.
