Job summary

Leaders in Care has partnered with an award-winning nursing home in Sutton-in-Ashfield to recruit a Staff Nurse (RGN). You'll join a supportive team delivering high-quality, person-centred care and working under a skilled management group.

You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with MDT colleagues to maintain excellent standards. The role offers training, development, paid breaks, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience working within a nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making skills.
• A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
• Able to work positively and collaboratively as part of the wider MDT.

Responsibilities

• Make safe and effective clinical decisions.
• Assess residents and develop personalised care plans.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, dressings and management of clinical conditions.
• Build strong and trusting relationships with residents, relatives and the wider care team.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of care.
