Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a leading care home in Congleton, Cheshire. You will work across dementia, residential and respite care, delivering high-quality nursing and care.

The role requires an active NMC PIN and offers £22.00 per hour with an annual salary up to £54,912. Permanent vacancies exist for day and night shifts, with comprehensive benefits and DBS processing included.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.
• Experience in dementia, residential or respite care is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents and set priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed with input from residents, relatives and professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP/professional visits when needed.

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

**As a Nurse your key duties include:**

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

**The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:**

• Proven experience of working in a care setting

• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
