Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a leading UK care provider in Congleton to recruit a Registered Nurse for a Dementia, Residential and Respite setting. You will be responsible for accurate assessments, medication administration, and care planning with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

An incredible new job opportunity has arisen for a passionate Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in Congleton, Cheshire area.You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is a fantastic care home which creates a relaxed and happy atmosphere for top quality dementia, residential and respite care

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
