Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join an exceptional care home in Congleton, Cheshire. You will provide dementia, residential and respite care, following NMC guidelines and individual care plans, while coordinating with relatives and other professionals.

The role is permanent with day and night shifts. You will be paid £22.00 per hour with a yearly salary up to £54,912, plus a range of benefits and excellent induction and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care setting is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and set care priorities.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain and update care plans with residents, families and health professionals.
• Report health changes and arrange GP/professional visits when needed.

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

**As a Nurse your key duties include:**

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

**The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:**

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
