Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a renowned care home in Congleton, Cheshire, to recruit a Registered Nurse for dementia, residential and respite care. You will work in a supportive team and follow NMC guidelines and care plans.

The role offers £22.00 per hour with permanent days and night shifts. Benefits include induction, development opportunities, DBS paid, and uniform provided. Must hold an active NMC PIN and be dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience in care settings is preferred.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and request GP/professional visits when necessary.

**As a Nurse your key duties include:**

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

**The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:**

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
