Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Staff Software Engineer with AI/ML background to join the Reference Data team in the UK. You will architect and ship AI-native capabilities powering the platform, including LLMs, vector databases, and agentic frameworks.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Extensive software engineering experience.
Proven track record of owning and shipping complex, production-grade systems.
Proven experience shipping AI-native products or features.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end execution and delivery of AI-native products from prototype to production.
Architect, build and productionize core components of the AI platform (LLMs, vector DBs, prompt tuning).
Lead evaluation and adoption of new AI technologies and frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate goals into technical solutions.
Define and implement platform architecture to support growth and scalability.
Educate teams with best practices and provide prescriptive guidance.
