Job summary

Addepar, a leading wealth-tech firm in the UK, seeks a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, delivery, and scaling of AI-native products across the platform. You will architect core AI capabilities, including LLMs, vector stores, and agentic frameworks, ensuring robust production systems and high velocity shipping.

You will partner with product and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into scalable technical solutions, raise the bar for execution, and mentor others while operating

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM ecosystem tools such as Databricks, Langchain, or MLFlow.
• Proven experience shipping and maintaining AI-native products or significant personal AI projects.
• Extensive backend software engineering experience in Python, Golang, gRPC, AWS and Kubernetes.
• Advanced understanding of probabilistic systems underpinning modern LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build and productionize core AI platform components (LLMs, vector stores, prompts).
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new AI technologies and frameworks.
• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into scalable AI solutions.
