Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the AI Platform team. You will architect and deliver core AI capabilities powering our platform, ensuring production-grade, scalable AI systems.

You will own end-to-end delivery of AI-native products, from prototype to production, with a strong focus on performance and reliability. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into technical realities, with expertise in Python, Golang, AWS, and Kubernetes, and

Qualifications

• Extensive backend software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping AI-native products or features.
• Proven ability to architect shipping, production-grade systems.
• BS/MS in CS, statistics, mathematics or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-native products from prototype to scalable production services.
• Architect, build, and productionize core components of the AI platform (LLMs, agentic frameworks, tool use).
• Enforce technical discipline and operational excellence for AI products.
• Iterate on AI products using metrics and feedback to improve performance.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new AI technologies to stay on the frontier.
