Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI Platform team. You will architect, lead, and deliver core AI capabilities powering our platform.

This role focuses on shipping AI-native products, from prototypes to scalable services, with ownership of end-to-end delivery and operational excellence. You will work with LLMs, agentic frameworks, MCP/cross-platform tool use, and evolving AI technologies in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Backend software engineering with production-grade systems ownership.
• Experience shipping AI-native products or features or strong AI passion.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-native products.
• Architect and productionize core AI platform components.
• Enforce technical discipline and operational excellence for AI products.
• Iterate on AI products using metrics and feedback.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate strategy into technical goals.
