Job summary

Addepar, Inc. in London, UK is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI Platform team. You will architect, lead, and deliver AI-native capabilities powering our platform, from prototype to production.

You will own end-to-end delivery of AI products, work with LLMs, vector databases, and agentic systems, and collaborate with product managers to translate strategic goals into robust, scalable solutions. Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from day one; visa sponsorship

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS, statistics, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience shipping production AI-native products or features.
• Strong backend engineering with ownership mindset and bias for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution and delivery of AI-native products to production.
• Architect, build, and productionize core AI platform components.
• Work with LLMs, vector databases, and prompt tuning.
• Lead MCP/cross-platform tool use, web browsing, and automation.
• Enforce technical discipline and operational excellence for AI products.
• Iterate AI products using performance metrics and user feedback.
• Evaluate new AI technologies to keep Addepar at the frontier.
