Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with an AI background to join our Reference Data team in the UK. You’ll lead the architecture and delivery of AI-native capabilities powering our platform, working with LLMs, vector databases, and agentic frameworks to build robust, scalable production systems.

You will partner with product teams to translate business needs into technical realities, maintain a strong ownership mindset, and drive rapid iteration with performance metrics and user feedback.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience and production-grade systems ownership.
• Experience shipping AI-native products or features or strong personal AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of AI-native products from prototype to scalable production.
• Architect and productionize core AI platform components (LLMs, vector DBs, tooling).
• Collaborate with product teams to translate goals into technical solutions and reduce AI complexity.
