Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a skilled AI Agent Developer for ServiceNow in London, delivering AI-driven workflows via Now Assist and Agent Studio. The role focuses on governance-compliant automation, incident and service operations, with a strong emphasis on regulatory requirements within European organizations.

You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days/week) on a fixed-term contract, contributing to high-impact AI initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders and architects across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Minimum 2+ years working with ServiceNow AI/Now Assist capabilities.
• Experience delivering solutions within regulated European organizations.
• Experience implementing AI governance and responsible AI controls.

Responsibilities
