Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Spectator Safety qualification (Level 2 or 3).
• Complete ACT (Counter Terrorism) Awareness or be willing to do so before deployment.
• Experience in event security or crowd management is desirable.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to engage with the public and partners.

Responsibilities

• Rapid response to security incidents, medical emergencies and crowd issues.
• De-escalate conflicts and manage spectator disputes calmly.
• Ensure access control and protect restricted areas.
• Conduct searches and screening at entry points per regulations.
• Collaborate with stadium stewards, police and emergency services.
• Document incidents clearly and promptly.
• Provide welcoming, professional customer service to supporters.
• Monitor crowd behaviour and maintain a safe environment.
