First Response Group (FRG) seeks Security Officers to safeguard client premises and uphold a secure environment. You will patrol, monitor, and respond to alarms, ensuring a safe and professional presence.

With a valid SIA license, driving licence, and first aid certification, you will join a forward-thinking team that values community, inclusion, and development. This role offers day, night, and weekend shifts with supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence.
• UK driving licence.

• CSCS card (desirable).
• 5-year checkable history.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and monitoring for intrusion, damage or suspicious behaviour.
• Access control: monitor entrances and authorise visitors.
• Incident response: act on alarms and emergencies per procedures.
• Customer service: provide professional presence and assist staff, visitors and contractors.
• Reporting: maintain logs and incident reports for handover and compliance.

Patrolling & Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols to detect signs of intrusion, damage, or suspicious behaviour.

Access Control: Monitor entrances and exits, check passes, and authorise visitors.

Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established procedures.

Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, professional presence and assist visitors, staff, and contractors as needed.

Reporting: Maintain accurate logs and incident reports for handover and compliance purposes.

Health & Safety: Observe and report any hazards, ensuring a safe environment at all times.
