Qualifications

• SIA licence is required.
• UK Driving Licence is required.
• 5-year checkable work or education history.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and monitoring premises to detect intrusion, damage or suspicious activity.
• Control of entrances and exits, check passes and authorise visitors.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and emergencies following established procedures.
• Provide welcoming, professional service to visitors, staff and contractors.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and reports for handover and compliance.
• Identify hazards and report safety issues to keep the environment secure.
