Job summary

First Response Group’s FRG Events division is seeking event security staff for stadium, arena, and live events across the UK. You will respond promptly to incidents, de-escalate conflicts, and safeguard restricted areas while supporting crowd safety and customer service at high-profile venues.

Required SIA Door Supervisor licence and willingness to obtain Level 2/3 Spectator Safety. You will work with partner agencies, deliver accurate incident reports, and maintain a calm, professional presence

Qualifications

• SIA Licence essential for the role.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Spectator Safety qualification or willingness to obtain.
• ACT Awareness training completed or willingness to complete before deployment.
• Previous security, crowd management, stadium operations or front-line security experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and confident engagement with the public and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Rapid response to security incidents, medical emergencies, and crowd issues.
• De-escalate conflicts and manage spectator disputes calmly.
• Maintain perimeter and restrict access to playing surfaces and restricted areas.
• Conduct bag searches and screenings per regulations and venue policies.
• Collaborate with stadium stewards, police, emergency services, and medical teams.
• Complete incident reports promptly with accurate details.
• Provide welcoming, professional customer service and directions to supporters.
• Continuously monitor spectator behaviour and identify risks.
