Job summary

Nottingham Forest is seeking casual entry stewards to ensure safe and welcoming access to the City Ground on matchdays and events. You will operate turnstiles, validate tickets, and assist fans with entry issues while maintaining orderly queues and guiding attendees with a customer-focused approach.

The role requires calm, clear communication and the ability to stay alert in outdoor conditions. Training will cover safety policies, and DBS checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate turnstiles or scan electronic tickets at entrances.
• Check tickets/season cards/accreditation passes for validity.
• Assist supporters with entry issues and scanning errors.
• Provide directions and information to fans entering the stadium.
• Maintain orderly queues and manage crowd flow at entry points.
• Ensure entry procedures comply with safety and security policies.
• Report suspicious behaviour or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Support emergency procedures if required.
