Job summary

Nottingham Forest Football Club is seeking casual stadium stewards to provide high levels of care, comfort and wellbeing for all attendees. You will interact with patrons and work with the Safety Management Team to maximise customer experience during events.

You must be at least 18, able to work on your own initiative and in a team, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a smart appearance while assisting with seating, ticket checks and crowd control. DBS may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with the ability to work own initiative and in a team.
• Remain calm and efficient, able to work under pressure.
• Polite, courteous and have good communication skills.
• Adapt to varying situations and flexible to work in different locations.
• Be smart in appearance and manage conflicts effectively.
• Capable of standing or climbing stairs for prolonged periods.
• Have basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Willing to undertake Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety.

Responsibilities

• Attend stadium at specified dates and times as directed by Stewarding Services Lead.
• Remain on site until completion of duties as directed by Safety Management Team.
• Attend pre-event briefings and understand role and responsibilities.
• Ensure safety, care, comfort and well-being of spectators in your area.
• Assist spectators in locating seats and perform ticket checks.
• Monitor crowd to prevent overcrowding and ensure exits are clear.
