Ricoh is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to drive reliability, performance and operating excellence across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments. You will shape SRE practices, support incident management, and embed automation with ISO 27001 alignment.

This hands‑on role requires expertise in Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling, with strong collaboration across engineering, security and operations teams.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Production Engineering in medium to large-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and on-prem infrastructure including networking, storage and identity.
• Hands-on with Terraform/ARM/Bicep, Ansible, and CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Mansioni

• Deliver against SLIs, SLOs and manage error budgets for core services.
• Define standards for availability, latency, performance, capacity and scalability.
• Lead RCA and major incident reviews with a blameless post-mortem culture.
• Embed observability and automation; develop dashboards for reliability KPIs.
• Drive IaC and automation across Azure and on‑prem environments.
