GRC Solutions is a cyber security and privacy consultancy focused on governance, risk, and compliance solutions to safeguard digital environments and ensure data privacy.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. The role requires proactive, consultative selling, client relationship management, and high-value deal closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition, including outbound prospecting and identifying opportunities;
  • Articulate GRC Solutions' value proposition to clients;
  • Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts;
  • Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers;
  • Identify opportunities across cybersecurity and data privacy compliance solutions;
  • Handle bids, pitches, tenders, and proposals;
  • Manage pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting;
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs;
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitors;
  • Provide feedback to support sales strategies.

Person Specification:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in bringing in new business and consultative selling;
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs;
  • Experience in senior sales or key account management roles;
  • Excellent pipeline management and negotiation skills;
  • Experience working with C-Suite executives;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce);
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy markets;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
