A leading company in Liverpool, Human Edge, is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Consultant. This role focuses on designing impactful leadership programs and facilitating team journeys that drive organizational culture and performance. Strong candidates will have 8+ years of experience and relevant educational qualifications, including a Bachelor's and preferably a Master's degree.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams in increasing performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role allows you to connect deeply with clients' businesses, facilitating team journeys that lead to innovative solutions. It also involves supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
  • Designing customized leadership development programs on various topics.
  • Delivering remote Learning and Leadership Development Programs.
  • Providing Executive Coaching and feedback using our CORE assessment products, as well as training trainers for scaling.
  • Leveraging existing building blocks to create new programs.
  • Building professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
  • ICF Coaching Certification.
  • Strong business acumen, experience working with senior leaders and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in designing and facilitating team meetings, content, and materials.
  • Experience consulting internally within organizations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on strategic topics.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise in key areas.
