We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams, increasing their performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role involves engaging deeply with clients' businesses to facilitate team journeys that lead to innovative solutions. You will also support leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your contribution includes:

• Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
• Designing customized leadership development programs.
• Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
• Providing executive coaching and feedback using CORE assessment products, and training trainers for scalability.
• Creating new programs from existing building blocks.
• Building productive relationships with clients.
• Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
• Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
• Coaching Certification (ICF).
• Strong business acumen, experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Skills in designing and facilitating team meetings and content.
• Experience consulting within organizations is a plus.
• Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and models.
• Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise.
