We are seeking a Senior Leadership Development Consultant to design and facilitate impactful experiences for senior leadership teams, enhancing their performance, productivity, and culture.

This role involves engaging deeply with clients' businesses to facilitate team development and support leadership initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
• Designing customized leadership development programs.
• Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
• Providing executive coaching and feedback using our CORE assessment products, including Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Creating new programs using existing building blocks.
• Building professional relationships with clients.
• Co-creating innovative team leadership development journeys.
• Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
• ICF Coaching Certification.
• Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders on cross-functional teams.
• Skills in designing and facilitating team meetings and content.
• Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
• Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks seamlessly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise.
