We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams in increasing performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role allows you to connect deeply with clients' businesses, facilitate team journeys, and develop innovative solutions. It also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
  • Designing customized leadership development programs on various topics.
  • Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
  • Providing executive coaching and feedback using CORE assessments, and conducting train-the-trainer programs.
  • Creating new programs leveraging existing building blocks.
  • Building professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences; Master’s preferred.
  • ICF Coaching Certification.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders to develop cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in designing and facilitating team meetings and content.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise.
