We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams, enhancing their performance, productivity, and culture.

This role involves engaging deeply with clients' businesses to facilitate team development and support leadership initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
• Designing customized leadership development programs.
• Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
• Providing executive coaching and feedback using CORE assessments, and scaling training through "Train-the-Trainer" programs.
• Creating new programs leveraging existing frameworks.
• Building productive client relationships.
• Co-creating innovative leadership development journeys.
• Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master’s preferred.
• ICF Coaching Certification.
• Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders on cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in designing and facilitating team meetings and content.
• Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
• Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise.
