Job summary

Falconsmartit is seeking a Sr. HCM Functional Consultant (Core HCM, Benefits, Adv Compensation, Talent Management, Performance) for a 3/6 month contract in London, UK.

Hybrid work arrangement with a focus on post-production support, configuration, and client collaboration. You will work across Workday HCM modules, lead client sessions, document requirements, and drive best-practice configurations while mentoring junior consultants and growing the practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recent Workday experience implementing/supporting Workday HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security).
• Experience implementing modules related to Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-production support and enhancements in Workday HCM across modules.
• Document requirements, map processes and implement best-practice configurations.
• Manage client relationships and resolve support requests from operations to road-mapping projects.
• Lead sessions with clients and team members to scope complex business requirements.
• Prioritize requests by urgency, scope and team availability; delegate accordingly.

Job Title : Sr. HCM Functional Consultant ( Core HCM, Benefits, Adv Compensation, Talent Management, Performance)

Job Location: London, UK/ Hybrid

Job Type: 3/6 month Contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide post-production support and enhancement services in multiple areas of Workday HCM and serve as the subject matter expert to assist fellow team members and clients.
• Participate in advisory, planning and implementation of additional Workday HCM modules by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configuration.
• Manage client relationships and resolves client support requests varying from operational support issue resolution, phase x implementations and enhancement projects, release planning, to strategic road mapping services.
• Lead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirements.
• Prioritize and delegate requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability.
• Provide guidance to and collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requests.
• Provide Workday best practices and ensure high quality deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates, configuration recommendations, and Workday best practices.
• Prioritize client s interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations.
• Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants, and contribute as a leader to grow our practice.
• Take initiative to perform or delegate other related duties as needs are discovered, including internal projects.

Looking for:

• Strong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) and deep expertise in one (or multiple!) Workday HCM functional areas.
• Experience implementing/supporting Workday modules related to Core HCM, Benefits, Adv Compensation, Talent Management, Performance mandatory.
• 8+ years of recent Workday experience implementing/Supporting Workday HCM modules.
• Strong experience within Workday HCM deployments and operational support projects.
• Ability to build and develop strong client relationships.
