Job summary

Focus on WD is seeking a Senior Workday Specialist to join our global People Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite in London, and you will act as senior Workday SME leading complex enhancements and system changes while partnering with senior People, IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Workday experience across configuration, support and optimisation.
• Strong Core HCM and Recruiting expertise.
• Experience with at least 2 additional Workday modules such as Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits or Payroll.
• Strong Reporting and Calculated Fields experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex Workday projects end-to-end.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Workday security and data governance.

• Support Workday releases and identify opportunities to leverage new functionality.


• Mentor team members and contribute to the People Technology roadmap.

About You

• 3+ years' Workday experience across configuration, support and optimisation.


• Strong expertise in Core HCM and Recruiting.


• Experience with at least 2 additional modules such as Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Benefits, Payroll or Peakon.


• Strong Reporting and Calculated Fields experience.


• Proven experience delivering complex Workday projects end-to-end.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Strong understanding of Workday security, HR processes and data governance.
