Job summary

Consult in London is seeking a Sr. HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Workday HCM modules. You will support post-production work, document requirements, and map processes for core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking.

Lead sessions with clients, guide configuration, and provide best practices while growing the practice. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with team members, review deliverables, and ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recent Workday experience implementing/supporting Workday HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security).
• Experience implementing Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-production support and enhancement services in Workday HCM.
• Document requirements, map processes, and implement best-practice configuration.
• Manage client relationships and resolve support requests across projects.
• Lead client and team sessions to analyze and scope business requirements.
• Prioritize tasks by urgency, scope and team capacity.
• Collaborate to research and resolve complex client requests.
• Provide Workday best practices and ensure high quality deliverables.
• Communicate project updates and configuration recommendations to clients.
• Foster internal relationships and mentor other consultants.
• Take initiative on related duties including internal projects.
