Job summary

Consult is seeking a SR HCM Functional Consultant for a London-based hybrid contract (3-6 months). The role focuses on post-production support, advisory work, and implementation planning across Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruitment, HiredScore, and Help & Journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM core modules, reporting and security.
• Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM modules across deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-production support and Workday HCM enhancements as SME.
• Document requirements, map processes, and configure best-practice Workday modules.
• Manage client relationships and handle support requests and project work.
• Lead client sessions to analyze and scope complex business requirements.
• Prioritize requests and delegate tasks by urgency and scope.
• Guide team members and resolve complex client issues.
• Share Workday best practices and deliver high-quality results.
