Job summary

Intuition IT Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to provide post-production support and lead enhancements across multiple Workday HCM modules. You will act as SME, document requirements, map processes, and implement best-practice configurations while managing client relationships and delivering high-quality results.

The role requires strong Workday competency in core HCM areas, plus experience across benefits, compensation, talent management, and performance modules.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recent Workday experience implementing/ supporting Workday HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of core Workday competencies (BP, reporting, security).
• Experience implementing/ supporting modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Adv Compensation, Talent Management, Performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-production support and enhancements in Workday HCM as SME for teammates and clients.
• Participate in advisory, planning and implementation of Workday HCM modules with requirements mapping and best-practice configuration.
• Manage client relationships and resolve support requests including implementation and enhancement projects.
• Lead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirements.
• Prioritize and delegate requests by urgency, scope and team availability.
• Provide guidance and collaborate with team members to resolve complex client requests and deliver high quality work.
• Provide Workday best practices and ensure high quality deliverables.
• Communicate project updates, configuration recommendations and Workday best practices to clients.
• Prioritize client interests and ensure work exceeds expectations.
• Foster internal relationships, share knowledge, mentor consultants, and grow the practice.
• Take initiative to perform or delegate related duties including internal projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-production support and enhancement services in multiple areas of Workday HCM and serve as the subject matter expert to assist fellow team members and clients
• Participate in advisory, planning and implementation of additional Workday HCM modules by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configuration
• Manage client relationships and resolves client support requests varying from operational support issue resolution, phase x implementations and enhancement projects, release planning, to strategic road mapping services
• Lead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirements
• Prioritize and delegate requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability
• Provide guidance to and collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requests
• Provide Workday best practices and ensure high quality deliverables
• Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates, configuration recommendations, and Workday best practices
• Prioritize client's interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations
• Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants, and contribute as a leader to grow our practice
• Take initiative to perform or delegate other related duties as needs are discovered, including internal projects

Looking for

• Strong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) and deep expertise in one (or multiple!) Workday HCM functional areas
• Experience implementing/supporting Workday modules related to Core HCM, Benefits, Adv Compensation, Talent Management, Performance mandatory
• 8+ years of recent Workday experience implementing/Supporting Workday HCM modules
• Strong experience within Workday HCM deployments and operational support projects
• Ability to build and develop strong client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
