Job summary

FalconSmartIT is seeking a Sr. HCM Functional Consultant to lead Workday HCM deployments from London, with hybrid flexibility. You will act as a subject matter expert in Core HCM, Absence and Time Tracking, guiding clients and teams through requirements, configurations and best practices.

You will manage client relationships, drive advisory activities, and mentor peers while delivering high-quality, scalable Workday solutions across post-production support, enhancements and time-bound projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recent Workday experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking and related Workday workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to mentor others and lead client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-production support and enhancement services in Workday HCM environments.
• Lead sessions with clients and teams to scope complex business requirements.
• Manage client relationships and resolve support requests and enhancement tasks.
• Document requirements, map processes and implement best-practice configurations.

Job Title : SR. HCM Functional Consultant ( Core HCM, Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking mandatory)Job Location: London, UK/ HybridJob Type: 3/6 month ContractResponsibilitiesProvide post-production support and enhancement services in multiple areas of Workday HCM and serve as the subject matter expert to assist fellow team members and clientsParticipate in advisory, planning and implementation of additional Workday HCM modules by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configurationManage client relationships and resolves client support requests varying from operational support issue resolution, phase x implementations and enhancement projects, release planning, to strategic road mapping servicesLead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirementsPrioritize and delegate requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availabilityProvide guidance to and collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requestsProvide Workday best practices and ensure high quality deliverablesCommunicate effectively with clients to convey project updates, configuration recommendations, and Workday best practicesPrioritize clients interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectationsActively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants, and contribute as a leader to grow our practiceTake initiative to perform or delegate other related duties as needs are discovered, including internal projectsLooking forStrong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) and deep expertise in one (or multiple!)
