Job summary

Qualifications

• Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, pre-sale preparation, labeling, and merchandising according to company rules.
• Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Understand product care rules, pricing, and substitutions to upsell related products.
• Ability to work independently and manage own emotions and challenges.
