Job summary

PUMA UNITED KINGDOM LTD is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily operations in our London store. You will drive sales culture, manage KPIs, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure visual merchandising and stock availability align with brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and ability to analyze sales data to continuously improve performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Product knowledge, including understanding purposes, properties, care rules and prices of products sold.
• Strong customer service and communication skills on the sales floor.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and guide customers to suitable products.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and ensure sizes/styles are available.
• Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
• Awareness of safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Ability to work independently and manage own emotions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and promote a sales culture within the store to achieve KPIs and profitability.
• Lead Sales Management: achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Prepare and display goods according to company rules and pricing.
• Monitor stock availability and labeling accuracy on the shop floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation.
