Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales, KPIs and profitability goals.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Prepare goods for sale: check names, quantities, pricing, labeling and appearance.
• Arrange and display goods per company rules; monitor availability and labeling.
• Manage stock levels and conduct inventory counts to ensure product availability.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports; provide insights to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
