Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) seeks a Speech and Language Therapy Clinical Team Manager to lead the Expert at Hand model within the Speech, Language and Communication pathway. Qualifications

• Experience of leading a multi-disciplinary team and supervising staff.
• Professional qualification at degree level with registration (NMC/HCPC/UKCP etc).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational management of the clinical team.
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based clinical care and service targets.
• Collaborate with Speech and Language Clinical Specialists and other leads.
• Supervise clinicians and support HR policies and staff wellbeing.
• Attend and chair meetings and deputise for the Operations Manager.
