Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering clinical care within SLT pathways.
• Ability to work in partnership with other clinical pathways and organisations.
• Experience using data to monitor demand and inform capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational management of the SLT clinical team.
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based clinical care within the pathway.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists, senior clinicians and service leads.
• Provide supervision and HR support to clinicians and adhere to HR policies.
