Children and Family Health Devon is advertising a Speech and Language Therapy Clinical Team Manager to provide day-to-day operational management within the Expert at Hand model. The role supports speech and language therapists and assistants, working across home, school and clinic settings.

The post holder will lead a team, collaborate with senior clinicians and service leads, oversee risk management and ensure delivery of evidence-based care in partnership with other pathways.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a clinical team in a health setting.
• Ability to monitor demand and capacity for service delivery.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day operational management of the clinical team.
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based clinical care.
• Work with other pathways and partner organisations to deliver integrated care.
• Champion patient and family involvement in care planning and delivery.
• Identify and manage clinical and non-clinical risks in partnership with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain systems to monitor demand and optimize clinical capacity.
• Attend, chair and contribute to relevant meetings as required.
• Deputise for the Operations Manager when needed.
