Job summary
Outcomes First Group's Norton College campuses are seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the in-house clinical team. You will deliver bespoke SLT assessment and intervention to pupils, in collaboration with the education staff. HCPC and RCSLT registration, a degree in SLT, experience with complex communication profiles and trauma‑informed practice are required. This is a permanent, full‑time role with 37.5 hours weekly, covering two sites with term‑time flexibility.
Qualifications
HCPC registered and RCSLT registered
Experience with complex communication profiles
Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice
Experience in multidisciplinary settings
Excellent time-management and organisational skills
Understanding of SLT assessment tools and formulations
Responsibilities
Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils
Hold a SLT caseload and work under supervision
Contribute to staff training and consultation as required
Collaborate with education staff and other professionals to support pupils' communication needs
