Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the Oakfield House School clinical team in Salwick. You will deliver bespoke SaLT assessments and interventions to pupils with diverse needs, collaborating with education staff to foster independence and progress.

With a focus on CPD, you will have a designated clinical supervisor and participate in staff training while supporting a pedagogy that values safeguarding and pupil-centred outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered.
• Experience with individuals with complex communication profiles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support pupils.
• Hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with supervision.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
