Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join its in-house clinical team at Hillingdon Grange. You will deliver bespoke SLT assessment and intervention to pupils within an educational setting, working with a multidisciplinary team.

You will manage a caseload, collaborate with education staff, and contribute to staff training and CPD opportunities. A driving licence and vehicle are essential, with available probationary support.

Qualifications

• Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Collaborate with education team to support pupils with developmental trauma, neurodivergence or SEMH needs.
• Hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with supervision and contribute to staff training and consultation.
