Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Syon Manor College. You will deliver bespoke SLT assessments and interventions across three college sites, contributing to staff training and liaising with education teams.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. Salary up to £53,200 DOE plus a £5,000 Welcome Bonus, 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy is required.
• HCPC registration is required and RCSLT registration is preferred.
• Experience in multidisciplinary settings and working with diverse communication profiles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions to pupils.
• Work within OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.
• Hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with supervision.
• Contribute to staff training and clinical consultations.
