SRS Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a Specification Sales Manager for a global engineering business focused on HVAC, fluid flow and energy‑efficient systems. The role targets influential relationships with consulting engineers, M&E consultants and building owners across the West Midlands, South West and South Wales, shaping projects from early design stages to delivery.

Proven track record of influencing consulting engineers and M&E consultants in specification sales.
Strong understanding of HVAC/mechanical building services, pumps, hydronic systems and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop influential relationships with consulting engineers, M&E consultants, building owners and developers.
Promote the full portfolio of pumps, HVAC, hydronic, digital and energy‑efficient engineered solutions.
Identify projects early and demonstrate technical and commercial value.
Deliver CPDs, technical meetings, workshops and product demonstrations.
Track projects from early design through tender, procurement and delivery; maintain CRM and pipeline visibility.
