Job summary

Our client, a globally established engineering and manufacturing business specializing in fluid flow and building performance technologies, seeks a Specification & Contractor Sales Manager to cover Scotland and the North East of England. You will develop consultant specifications, engage M&E contractors and manage opportunities through tender to order.

You will build relationships with consulting engineers, contractors and key stakeholders, promote the portfolio of pumps, energy optimisation

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within commercial HVAC, building services, hydronics or pumps.
• Strong understanding of UK building services project environment.
• Experience engaging with consultants and M&E contractors.
• Technical credibility to discuss specifications and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales activity across Scotland and the North East.
• Influence system design and secure specifications for the company's solutions.
• Maintain relationships with consulting engineers and M&E contractors.
• Lead opportunities from design through tender, negotiation and order.
